Q: Do we need to be in attendance when you detail our home?

A: We only need entrance into the home. If your schedule allows you to be home, that’s fine too. Busy schedules often do not allow for the owner to be present and we understand that. For homes that are sold or are in post-construction status, we will need home entrance and the water and electricity to be on.

Q: Is Consider it Done! bonded, licensed and insured?

A: Yes, for your protection, we are licensed, insured, and bonded. This is an important factor to consider as you select a cleaning service. Some companies and individuals offering services do not have coverage should an unfortunate accident happen on your property. All of our staff are properly trained and well-trusted employees who have passed background checks.

Q: Do you only clean homes that are about to be sold or were recently sold?

A: Actually, Consider it Done! offers an array of affordable detailing services. For example:

  • A sold home vacated or about to be vacated
  • Post-construction or remodel
  • Prepping a home to go into the real estate market
  • Traditional maintenance: regularly scheduled cleaning
  • Holiday/special occasion detailing/deep cleaning
  • Special situations: arrange for removal of usable furniture/donate-able items, etc.

Q: What are your fees for these services?

A: Our affordable pricing is per hour per team of two detailers. We arrive ready with our own supplies and necessary tools. As each instance is different, please call us for an accurate quote.
